This week, our alleged criminals brought some questionable material along with them -- why is "dler" tattooed to your eyebrow? Why is Pac-Man on your face? We explore these issues, and others, in this week's Maricopa County Mugshots of the Week. Enjoy.
Charges: Obstructing a public thoroughfare, failure to appear
No you didn't. You did not. Oh God, yes you did. Now, here's a valuable lesson: Eyebrow tattoos require two words. For example, "Town Idiot," or "Huge Doofus." Instead, people are going to spend their valuable time trying figure out what "dler" means.
