These were great. Used a CL burger hint from Aug '11: add 2tbs olive oil per lb of ground turkey. Otherwise prepped ketchup and turkey to recipe & formed patties in the morning. Served with grilled red onion, slices of just-picked tomato and CL's garlic fries. Splendiferous.

I have two of the pickiest eaters around (a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old). I've made these burgers twice and my son (3) has gobbled them up! I cautiously put 1/2 of one on his plate and ended up feeding him another half. My daughter isn't as enamored with them, but she ate her fair share. As for the adults, I LOVED them! I could eat cilantro by the handful, so I added more.

A good turkey burger, but not mind-blowing. Wouldn't serve it to company, but will certainly make again.

These were really, really good. I threw a little extra cilantro in because I love cilantro. I also added some garlic powder and some of my Spice Hunter Salt Free Mexican Seasoning. Served with chipotle sweet potato fries (season sweet potatoes with a light coating of oil, chipotle chili powder, salt and pepper then roast) and the dinner was a hit. I would definitely make these again. I could even see making them as a slightly different option for a cookout. They were also super quick so they'd make a great weeknight meal especially if you formed the burgers in advance (the night before or before work etc.)

Loved this recipe! Even got raves from my husband, who thinks burgers made without red meat are a crime against nature. I did mix the ingredients ahead of time & let sit in the fridge overnight, as one reviewer felt this imparted better flavor. Very moist and flavorful, held together well. Grilled outdoors, so I brushed them with a little olive oil prior to prevent sticking. Also, used 2 chiles in ketchup, since we like it spicy. Will definitely become a go-to recipe for us. Neighbors that dined with us requested the recipe.

These were outstanding. I prepared them ahead of time and let them sit in the fridge covered for a few hours to let all the flavors blend together. MMMMMM the key word here. I served this with TJ's Garlic Fries.

I was not a fan of turkey burgers until tonight. These were the most delicious burgers! They were full of flavor, and not at all dry. I cooked them on the grill, along with a pile of other vegetables. My kids loved the burgers too, although the ketchup was a little spicy for my youngest. I am adding this to my list of best recipes, and plan on serving it at the next barbeque party!

WOW!!! There are no words to describe the greatness of this burger. I made some homeade (Cooking Light recipe) guacamole and put a good amount on top of lettuce and a slice of tomato in the sandwich. Delicious! I cooked the burger on the Foreman Grill for 5 minutes and it came out perfect. My boyfriend loved it too and he is usually against turkey burgers! He admitted that this one actually makes sense to make with turkey as opposed to read meat. I served with some homeade cooking light cole slaw and some frozen corn mixed with a little light butter, honey, and a little bit of that adobe sauce from the pepper used in the recipe. MAKE THIS!!!! One of the best recipes I've ever made.

These burgers were awesome. I've seriously never had a good turkey burger until I made this recipe. They came out juicy and flavorful, and the spicy ketchup was the perfect compliment. I'll be making these over and over! (Finally, a burger that doesn't even need CHEESE!) My whole family loves this recipe. I substitute chipotle chili pepper for the chipotle chilis---I don't like opening a can and using such a small amount. Using the chili pepper also gives a more uniform spicy taste to the ketchup.

Based on so many "outstanding" reviews, I was really excited to try this recipe. I have to admit, however, I was a tad disappointed. While I really liked the chipotle ketchup, it overpowered all other flavors. In fact, I could barely taste the cilantro, and I think the bun was too much. I doubt I'll make this recipe again. Instead I'll stick with CL Chipotle Barbeque Burgers with Slaw. It's very moist with a hint of chipotle flavor and excellent slaw as a side. Great without the bun.

I made this last night and WOW!! I only added 1/2 of the chipotle pepper and one teaspoon of the sauce to the ketchup and it was plenty warm enough for me. I will absolutely make this again and again.

These turkey burgers were RIDICULOUSLY good. My husband is red meat eater and loves his burgers. I was skeptical to try these on him but to my amazement he devoured this turkey version and helped himself to another!! I followed the recipe exactly (adding slightly more cilantro than what was called for) and served these on toasted whole grain English Muffins, which I really think were the perfect compliment for the burger! I served these with sweet potato fries and steamed broccoli. They will definitely be added to our week night meal roatation!

These burgers were awesome! I halved the recipe (because I am only cooking for one) and it was TREMENDOUS! If you love cilantro you will adore this recipe because the cilantro is definitley present in the burgers but not overpowering! I know it was also good because my super picky roomate loved it too!! I am excited to eat the leftovers tomorrow! I was also thinking you could even use some premade guac inplace of the ketchup if the adobos are too spicy!

I've made these lots of times. Even my red-meat-eating husband LOVES these. We aren't ketchup people so I make a Chipotle Mayo using canola mayo and sometimes melt a little pepper jack on the top. They are quick to make - since the recipe is for 4 servings I will freeze the extra two patties (before cooking) and they freeze great.

Quick, easy recipe for a weeknight. I made the recipe as is, but the family didn't like the sauce so they substituted other sauces. I like the sauce (it's spicy!) I'm adding it to my collection of recipes to make again. I would maybe add a little chipotle chili powder to the turkey so those who don't use the sauce get the great flavor.
